"Oil Change" I had just gotten an oil change, and when I got into my 2004 Chevy Suburban, the engine was running really rough. I absolutely had to leave and go pick up my grandson at school, so I called and spoke to a technician. The dashboard showed a yellow engine light, and my owners manual stated that it was an emissions problem. They stated to get the truck back ASAP so as not to possibly ruin the engine. I had to run back to Oregon City. When I came back, Suzanne checked the engine out and she stated that she had accidentally broken a spark plug wire. She ordered a new one, and an hour later I was back on the road. She apologized profusely, and I told her that it was OK. Everyone's human, and makes mistakes. My best friends 20 year old niece had just 2 days previously committed suicide, so in the grand scheme of life, an accidentally broken spark plug is no big deal. We've had some expensive work done on my Suburban, and my daughter's Nissan and everything was just fine on both of those. I've recommended you guys to friends and relatives, and will continue to do so. Sincerely, Debbie Kasnias
