I have been bringing my car to Bob at Honest-1 Auto Care for years, and I can truly say he is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever encountered, and I'm 71 years old! Bob and his team have always treated me with respect and fairness, and I've always had a great relationship with them. He looks out for his customers, and my recent experience was proof of that once again. I needed a brake job, and without my knowledge, I was still under their warranty. When I went to pay--bracing myself for the bill, I was completely amazed. Bob applied the warranty, and my total bill was $0.00! Many mechanics wouldn't have even mentioned the warranty, but Bob always does the right thing. If I could give 10 stars, I would, but since 5 is the max, that'll have to do. If you're looking for a great mechanic, Bob the best there is!

Bob and crew are rare. In late 70s to early 80s I worked at (2) very high end fuel stations often as a mechanics assistant. Old school diligence, focus and quality work was manditory, this included customer relations. Honest1 is all of this and more. Rare because it truly is not found at other shops. They performed (2) pre-purchase inspections for us as we live in Alaska. Their work, communication and more can be trusted 100%. Save yourself the worry, just call and they will take care of you.
