Honest 1 Milwaukie is a great auto body. It’s the only place our family goes for car repairs and oil changes.

This is the only place I will take my car for service. The guys are great, the service is great. Bob is the best.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was blown outta the water by the service at this shop! No intimidation, no pressure for a young female in a mechanic shop is a great place to start. They finished the oil change in 45 minutes and had a comfortable waiting room with a stocked fridge of soda and coffee. When it came time to pay, Honest-1 was transparent and accommodating. Honest-1 met me where I was at and really helped me out when I was in a bad financial spot. I can’t recommend this shop enough and now a customer for life! A BIG THANK YOU to Sean/Shawn working the front desk, you are a life saver and a truly compassionate, generous person!!

Bob and his team did a major engine repair on my 2012 Ford f150 that I bought used off of Facebook marketplace. The truck had issues with the cylinder heads, and Bob and his team (Sean and Allen) did a fantastic job repairing the vehicle, and taking on a big job that a lot of other shops would not do. The only reason for one less star is because I was promised the truck in 4 weeks and it took six.. other than that, outstanding work, and I will remain a customer.

Took my vehicle here for repairs and the initial diagnosis was pretty severe. After they started the work they noticed that the problem was not as significant as initially thought and only fixed what was needed saving me over a thousand dollars. I am very pleased with their honesty and quality of work. I appreciate the fact that unnecessary work was not performed.

Yesterday my check engine light came on. First time ever & I just had a medical procedure done a few days prior. The thought of driving far for my normal place was out of question. I was able to get it diagnosed & looked at quickly. The price was affordable & very nice staff! The guy covering the front for the owner’s vacation, who’s normally a mechanic, above and beyond. I didn’t get his name, but you’re awesome! Thanks for helping me out!
