Had my car towed here after breaking down in Longview, Wash. My car was up and running again by the following afternoon. Customer service was very friendly and cheerful. I was concerned about service here after reading bad reviews, but I experienced nothing but professionalism.

I had been putting off having my car diagnosed because I couldn't take the time off work and was afraid that the problem was going to be much worse. I was not expecting the friendly, kind and honest service once it got to the "had to" get it checked out. They did such a great job I had to take only an hour off work to get the car back in GREAT working condition! Customer service is commendable! ECELLENT experience - pain free!

"Honesty" They gave me an honest opinion on what to do with my old beater work truck after checking it out. They told me it wouldn't be worth the money to fix, instead of doing the work. They are right and I appreciated their honest, not make a buck at any cost attitude.
