From start to finish Brian and Scott were awesome! Sometimes when I work with men on car related issues, they treat me like an idiot but these two guys did NOT do that and I'm very grateful. It really is the little things that go a long way and good customer service helps buffer any hiccups along the way.

Scott was very accommodating when we arrived for our scheduled oil change and requested additional services. While his schedule was full, the shop performed a tire rotation, adjusted air pressure, and repaired a damaged hose in addition to our original oil change appointment. We have been using Honest One for several months and find the service equal to the dealership we previously used.
