Very friendly and professional. I brought my car in to be serviced through a groupon promotion. They were not pushy about selling other services but did inspect my car and a couple things that I requested and gave me insightful information. After doing a little research, I decided to utilize them for the needed repairs and to purchase tires. They worked around my schedule and answered all of my questions. The service was done in a timely manner and their waiting area was comfortable.

Just went in for windshield wipers. Service was fast.. new wipers were installed and I was on my way in 5 minutes. I'll go back for oil changes.

Finally found a place where I can drop my car off without feeling like I'm going to get ripped off. These guys are legit. Friendly, accommodating, and hard working. Will definetly be back! Thanks!

I've taken my 2013 Ford Focus hatchback to milwaukie honest 1 for the past two and half years. Clearly, by me sticking with them for so long says something. I mostly worked with Scott moody and he is great! Always helpful, always making sure we are good to go! Bob is also an awesome guy to work with there. I did have one pro Ken where I paid $100 for windshield wipers and left with only one while they got the other to the store. I never got a phone call about the other wiper. I had to call them two months later to ask for it. They did totally made it right tho by working around my schedule instead of theirs and making sure they got me handled. I love that. When people slip up they quickly make it right. I recently moved to bend Oregon and I was sad to have to find a different oil change place to go to. Honest one is loyal, consistent, hard working and they have created a great little environment over there in milwaukie. Shout out to y'all from bend Oregon � we miss doing business with you already honest 1!
