It's difficult to find a mechanic who you can trust and who will provide exceptional service at reasonable prices.....but....I've found that at Milwaukie's Honest-1 Auto Care. Bob goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and car care! It is evident that he not only cares about your car, but he also cares for the people he serves! Thank you, Bob!

Scott, Bob and the rest of the crew are the most honest and reliable people I will ever trust my Acura with. They always explain every thing to me, what needs to be done now and what can wait - according to my budget. They look out for my safety and that of my vehicle. They get my car in and out within the rime frame they stated and the cost is always within the estimate. Been going there 7 years and will never go any where else

Great work! They actually got me in on a Saturday when I didn't expect it. The work was done quickly - it took less time than expected. They made recommendations for new tires, without a "gotta do it now or we all die!" sales pitch. I've been taking cars there for a few years and will continue to do so.

This is the only place I want to bring my vehicles!! The team here has always been very Friendly and professional. As a female it's always a little scary trying to find the right shop that's not going to take advantage of you and be pushy on buying things. If they've found issues with my vehicle it's ALWAYS been a non pressure conversation about what would be priority if I were to get things fixed. I feel like an appreciated customer not just another car to get through. If you haven't been to this shop GIVE EM A TRY 👌

I use them regularly for routine maintenance and oil changes and this time it was for a 4 wheel alignment. They gave me the results on paper and did not pressure me to get the 4th wheel (right rear) aligned for the extra cost. It was slightly out of tolerance and the cost would have been prohibitive since the cost of 4 new tires would have been about the same. Other shops would have heavily pressure me to pay over $260 for aligning that 4th tire but not Honest 1. The 3 other tires were perfectly aligned and that was good enough per my choice. Always fair and objective, very honest company
