Bob gives the personal customer service with a smile and great attitude! My oil change went smoothly and quickly. The shop was clean and comfortable, especially with the air condintioning on a hot day. Overall a great experience! Great job guys.

I cannot say enough great things about the people of Honest 1. When my daughter's car broke down we had it towed there and they were able to diagnose it and get it back on the road within a day. Also, when my car needed new tires and I mentioned that moving my daughter to college was taking a toll on my finances, they worked with me to give me an extremely fair deal. Everyone there is always so kind, professional and the work they do is amazing.

This location is not very convenient for me, but I feel that they really look out for me, and are always honest and don't try to sell me work I don't need.

Like there company name, they are honest about auto repair. No pressure about vehicle issues. They talk with you and explain the issue and how to go about getting it fixed. They let you decide what to do.

Been coming here for almost three years now and since I drive for UBER/LYFT I need a lot of oil changes and feel more assured when I come in for a routine check and you guys have always given me the confidence to drive my Prius all day without worry of any break down. Little snacks in the office is a nice touch as well as the clean restroom and lounge area for the wait for my car while watching cable tv and chatting with you and getting advice about my car. My mechanic Tre was great. I strolled out there and asked about a variety of things and he was very knowledgeable and did his best to answer my questions in complete detail. The friendliness of the staff is always a warm welcome at this shop on Mcloughlin Blvd.

These guys took great care of me. With a full rear brake replacement they worked with me on price and didn’t take advantage of me. There work was great and fast. Very awesome customer service. Honesty is definitely who they are.
