Good service at a good price

I have been taking my vehicles to Honest 1 (a different location before Milwaukie, and now Milwaukie for 5 years) and I have always been so impressed. This last time I took my van in they didn’t connect a hose all the way (honest mistake) and it caused my van to die on the side of road. I had it towed back to the shop. Long story short, they reimbursed my towing fee, double checked everything and made sure it was good. The fact that a shop like this has integrity to own up to their mistake is top notch in my book. I am so grateful for Bob and their customer service. As a single mom on a budget, I am so grateful to have a mechanic I feel is honest and will do right by their customers.
