I am extremely impressed with, and grateful for, this specific shop. I found them completely by accident as they were running a deal and I figured, “why not”. Little did I know I was walking into a shop that makes customers not only feel appreciated, but cared for. I am a highly anxious person... especially when it comes to my car. So when I have an issue, I need to know I can trust the people caring for it. I just brought it in with a check engine light and multiple codes showing. They checked a bunch of things only to discover that it was an issue with my battery. I was saved hundreds of dollars because they were thorough instead of going with the first code and “fixing” it. I am beyond grateful for Bob and the crew at Honest-1. They definitely have lived up to the name. What a wonderful group of people!

Honest 1 (Milwaukee and Clackamas) is the only place I will take my care. They are friendly, prompt and I trust them completely. I believe they are always looking out for my best interest's and don't charge me for things that don't need to be done. Thank you Bob at Milwaukee and Honest 1. You have my business for life.

I have had my vehicle serviced and had needed service work done for several years. I have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and capable. I have never had any problem with scheduling or rescheduling if a change was needed. All in all I have been pleased with their service and I have recommended them to friends and family.
