I brought in my Ford Ranger mainly for a check engine light and an oil change. In all the tests and checks they recommended I replace the old 1999 headlights with brand new LED lights. It was the BEST thing I ever did. I went years putting up with the really dull headlights that barely lit up the road. However now I can drive safely because I can see the road more then just 5ft! I recommend this to anyone with old headlights (the yellow tint). Many thanks to Bob who encouraged and confirmed that I needed new headlights and to change LED ones!

The a/c in my 2016 Mustang stopped working and the dealership told me I needed a new AC Compressor which would be about $1000. I found it hard to believe that was broken in my car since it's still relatively new so I called up this place, asked if they'd take a look. Turns out, my car did NOT have any broken parts, leaks or anything of the sort. Just needed to be charged and and more fluid added. Ended up costing me a couple hundred bucks. They got it fixed the same day and the customer service was incredible. I tested the AC on the most recent hot day here in Oregon and yea buddy, that thing works. I also will be following up with the dealership as well because either someone there doesn't know what they're doing, or they're trying to scam people. Either way, Honest A-1 is where I'm taking my car from now on for all my services. Thanks ya'll!

Appreciated the service. Brought my car here for the first time for an oil change and to inquire about a 50k mile service. Was told there is nothing my car needs done other than changing the air filter. Recommended fuel injection cleaner when I complained my car has lost its oomph climbing up hills. I’m very hopeful this will do the trick!

I have only good things to say about Honest-1 Auto Care. I was recently given an estimate for repairing the alignment assembly on my 2003 Jaguar. The estimate was in the neighborhood of $2000.00, which was reasonable given the price of Jaguar parts. They had to keep my car overnight, and provided me with a loaner car. When I came back the next day to pick up my car, Bob (the owner) presented me with a bill that was HALF the original estimate. Bob explained that once they were able to start working on the Jag, a tie rod that was thought to be bent was actually in good shape. Heres the thing; they could have charged me the full amount of the estimate....the amount I planned on paying for the repair, and I wouldn't have known the difference. So I think it's entirely fair to say Honest-1 Auto Care lives up to their name. Not only that, but my Jag drives great. I will certainly return to this shop for future repairs. Bob runs a tight ship (and a clean one as well).
