Milwaukie Auto Repair

I have used H-1 Express-Milwaukie for all my maintenance and repair for a lot of miles. My car is nearly 20 years old, but still purring along, thanks to their professionalism and careful maintenance. I would not even consider using anyone else, even though I recently moved further away. I trust they will do their best for “Johan”.

I leave my care for care, knowing they will find and fix most things without my constant input. Large fixes of course need my ok. They have done wonders keeping my almost 20 year old Honda purring! I trust them to have done what they said they did. Their rates are reasonable for me and fair to their workers. I will continue to trust the care of my last car to H-1 Milwaukie!

Bob was extremely personable and helpful. Service was performed promptly, no “upselling”. Service dept. rotated my tires at no cost along with recommendations to replace a couple of my tires. No pressure to buy their tires; in fact Bob made recommendations for other dealers. In summary: friendly, timely, comfortable waiting are. Service performed as promised. Would recommend this dealer.

I couldn't be happier that Mike @ the Clackamas store kicked me out and refused to honor the warranty and fix the 2 messed up jobs they did there. He told me to go to the Milwaukie store and that he doesn't need my business. I actually need to send him a huge thank you card. The crew at Milwaukie went above and beyond to take care of me and my truck. I couldn't be more grateful. Bob is an easy going people person. A joy to be around. Eileen is a top notch mechanic. And didn't mind explaining her findings and the correction processes. She has an attitude like I do ( everything has to be done right ) quality control is everything. They both were very friendly, professional. They never harassed me about waiting at the shop like the other shop did ( Mike ). I didn't have a ride to leave or come back. I just can't say enough about these two great people. They've for sure earned my business.

Excellent service! Even cleaned my windshield because it had so much pollen on it. I have used This location many times and have no complaints at all.

We have an older car, but the experts at Honest-1 have kept it going. They always work to get us in for service, even when they're busy. What we really appreciate is their open discussion of any problems we have and how to fix them. They are realistic and sympathetic and also have a great sense of humor! We recommend them for their expertise as well as their personal attention.

We can enjoy an excellent work team and Bob's honesty is essential for solving problems with extreme transparency, I feel comfortable entrusting my vehicle to this workshop, thank you very much!

Steve and the team at honest-1, have always been just that honest. I have never received anything other then the best service from them. They value the local community and never steer you wrong. I will only take my vehicles to them, when I can't do it myself.

Honest-1 auto care on Mcloughlin in Milwaukie was amazing! I had bought a Groupon in September and it needed to be redeemed by October. I set up an appointment online, but they let me know that appointment time was no longer available..being a new mother I struggled to find time to reschedule and they honored it for me after it had expired. Bob was super helpful and very friendly. Thanks to the team for making sure I have a safe car to drive my little one in! I will definitely be going there for any future work I need done.
