I'm changing it from 4 stars to 5 because Bob called me and whent over what was wrong with my car before fixing what I originally took her in for. He totally could have fixed the original issue and then told me I need a new transmission but he didn't see the point in fixing my issues as my car is old lol.

A positive experience from the start. Walked in needing window regulator replaced. The man at the desk was super friendly. Price was responsible. I'd recommend this repair shop. I was referred by by sister, so thankful! I'll be back for my auto repair needs.
